If you’re buying my commission you’re automatically agreeing to my terms of service, so read before confirming your commission.

🌼About me and my purposes🌼

Hi guys, you can call me Lu, I´m 21 years old and I'm a furry artist (amateur), my pronouns’re she/her.
I live in Brasil and study Veterinary Medicine so I'm not a fulltime artist. I make commissions to pay for my stuff, such as: clothes, bus fees (general transportation), leisure, my gym, therapy, others personal self care stuff and my bills.

🌼General Terms🌼

- The payment is for a digital art image that is custom made according to the customers order. No physical item will be received by/shipped to the buyer.- Choose specific ideas for me to draw and be very descriptive.- Send refs of what do you want. Digital pics and color references.- In cases of custom Ocs/Sonas please be descriptive, send the color palette that you want, reference photos of the species and fur details.- I will not work on a fullbody commission if you only provide a headshot of the character.- If the customer disrespects me in any way or have bad conduct I have the right to refuse making the commission.- If the client stops responding to messages after I send the sketch for more than 5 days (without any prior notice) the commission will be canceled.If the customer has checked the sketch and confirmed that they want to continue the commission, but does not pay (or doesn't specify when they will pay) the commission will be paused and depending it can be cancelled.- Remember that other commissions may be ahead of yours and I always want to do my best at my pieces, so please be patient.- Commissions are the only way I can afford my stuff, but I will prioritize my college and my mental health. so be understanding if I take longer than usual.- In order to avoid misunderstandings or problems with satisfaction, take a look at several examples of my artstyle that I make available on Telegram, Instagram and Twitter. Make sure you are familiarwith my work before commissioning me, that way you can guarantee before ordering that my commission is what you are looking for.- If you think that a specific commission cannot be done with my art style, then you may want to reconsider comissioning me.- If you're unsure about anything don´t be afraind to ask.

🌼Payment🌼

- Payment must be done in full up front or 50% up front and the other 50% after the sketch.- The Payment must be made via PayPal or Pix (For Brasilians).- Payment plans may be discussed for orders above 100 USD.- I don't accept other payment methods.

🌼Deadlines🌼

- After confirming the commission with me and accepting my terms of service, I will make your sketck, this process can take up to 15 working days, regardless of the type of commission and my routine.- The deadline for finishing the commission is up to 15 working days after the sketch- In case of any unforeseen event that will make me delay the commission process you'll be notified and in more urgent cases i will also notify on the telegram channel.- If you need a commission for a specific date, let me know as soon as you requested .I will not accept a commission for a specific date with less than 15 days of attendance to avoid problems with satisfaction.

🌼Base Price and Final Price🌼

- The design can change the price if the customer wants more details, complex clothes, unusual accessories or the addition of Ocs, for that reason good communication is essential, so there will be no disagreements regarding the final price.- You will always be communicated if the price increases for some of the reasons in the topic above.

🌼Commission Process🌼

- After hiring and confirming payment, I will inform the date on which I will start your commission sketch.- After finishing the sketch I will send it so you can check it and ask for changes if necessary. If you have chosen to pay half the commission up front, this is the moment to pay the remainder value.- If any changes in the anatomy/pose are necessary, please request in the sketching process, because after this step I can't make huge changes in the drawing.- You'll receive pics of my progress in your DM (sketching, lineart and base color).- The final artwork will be saved in JPEG format (PNG for stickers) with full resolution, sent via e-mail, Telegram or Discord.

🌼Copyright/ Usage Policy🌼

- As I'm the creator of the design, I have the rights of it, so whenever you repost some of my art credit or tag me.- The art piece cannot be used commercially (unless it's an ADOPT you bought) and you can't claim the author of it.- In cases of tracing or self-entitlement that you're the artwork creator, your username will be exposed on my social networks and you will no longer be able to hire my art service.- My signature/ watermark can’t be removed as it helps to promote my work.- Always give credit to the artist.- if any copyright rule is infringed your rights to the design will be withdrawn.

🌼Canceling/ Refound Policy🌼

- After receiving the final commission you don't have the right to claim a refund.- Refunds will only be made if the customer cancels the commission in the sketch process, you cannot request cancellation after the lineart or painting is done.- if any urgent personal issue arises and I cannot finish the commission, the customer can choose to wait until I can continue or cancel, in the 2º case i will refund the money equivalent to the progress made.- Remember paypal fees, money may not reach full amount in refund cases.- I will be broadly open to resolve any issues by conversation if the customer is also interested.
